Advanced Return to Work Co-ordinator

This course is recommended for any person with a role as the Return to Work Co-ordinator for a Company or Group of Companies.

The 2-day Introduction to Return to Work Co-ordination course is a legislative requirement for Category 1 Employers as outlined in the Regulation nder the NSW Workers Compensation Act 1985 and the NSW Workplace Injury Management & Workers Compensation Act 1998.

It is recommended that as a pre-requisite for this 1-day course, you have attended the 2-day Introduction to Return to Work Co-ordination, preferably within the last 5 years or that you have recent experience in the practical application of the NSW Workers Compensation Act 1985 and the NSW Workplace Injury Management & Workers Compensation Act 1998.

The course is based on case study and group discussion and can be tailored to your particular industry needs. It is recommended that you do some background research on recent workers compensation premium trends within your company and what factors have been influencing this trend. It is also recommended that you bring along a copy of your Company RTW Program and the IM Program of your Insurer.
