Our planned expansion and ongoing growth has created this excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join the Pegasus team.
As Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
- The recruitment and selection of staff for the mining and civil construction industries
- Administration of Psychometric and Skill assessments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Coordination of pre-employment medicals
- Delivering employee inductions
- Scheduling and allocation of relief staff
- Coordination of site specific inductions
- Providing support to the Senior Recruitment Consultant
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- 3 to 5 years work recruitment and selection experience
